To serve the community, the Hayes Muslim Centre offers a wide range of free services as part of our mission to provide as much in-house help and direction to our community. Please take advantage of these services. We welcome any feedback / suggestions to improve our services. We take all constructive suggestions seriously.

Hayes Muslim Centre is registered to conduct civil and Islamic marriages. For further details on the nikah and marriage services we provide, please click here to read more >>.

This centre provides a service to attest important documents such as forms, passports pictures, references, etc. This service is provided with a small donation of £15 per document towards the Masjid. Please note that we require at least three days notice. click here to read more >>.

If you need to contact the local MP, John McDonnell, please contact the Centre’s office on 0208 561 7149. This service is available by appointment only, please contact the office.

This service is available to residents  of London Borough of Hillingdon only.

We can arrange appointments with the local Councillors but do advise that you attend their local surgeries. The surgeries are on a first-come first-served basis by prior appointment only.

Please note the Councilor will not be able to entertain any issues concerning Immigration & Nationality, please consult these issues with the local MP.

We have a good relationship with Lawman Solicitors who can be contacted for initial free legal advice.

The local Police attend monthly surgeries on the last Friday of every month. Local issues and any concerns can be discussed with the Officers.

If you would like to volunteer at the centre, please contact someone in the Office.

• Women activates
• Fundraising

If you have skills in any of these areas and have time to commit then please come forward and meet us. There are great rewards in helping the House of Allah. This is an investment of our hereafter.

What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid means that for every pound you donate as a UK Tax payer, we will recieve an extra 25 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donations go further. This means that a £10 donation can be turned into £12.50 (at no extra cost to you) so long as donations are made through Gift Aid. Complete the form (which is available from the Centre) to allow Islamic Education & Cultural Society (Hayes) to claim Gift Aid on your donation.
